I am currently reading Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. This is a thrilling novel about Nick and Amy. They are married and great together. They are in love but suddenly their relationship goes awry. They fall out of love for each other and they can't seem to find themselves back. One day Nick comes home to find that Amy is gone and his house is tampered with. He calls the police and starts his chain of lie. Although he did not kill Amy, he has many secrets. He has been cheating on Amy for a year now with one of his college students. Her name is Andie and he loves her. As the story goes on the media turns against him. Amy was pregnant when she disappeared, and this changes the whole mood Nick has towards her. He wants to make amends and be a family. Soon he finds out that she framed him for her murder and she wants to make him pay for the cheating he has done. He did not even know that she knew. Amy is missing and she left on purpose, to get back at Nick. The story will keep getting more complicated as the real "Amazing Amy" comes out in Amy and Nick finds himself at a dead-end.
