One Character I Dislike

If I could choose one character to dislike in The Lovely Bones I would dislike Mr. Harvey. This is the man that kills Susie in this book. He is a very sick and disgusting man and I don't know why he would do such a thing to these innocent young girls. He gets this satisfaction from killing these girls that gives me the chills. Anyone who can do awful stuff like this and be happy and proud of themselves for it is an awful person. Mr. Harvey shows complete innocence and no guilt during Susie's whole murder investigation. He is a very strange guy considering what he does to girls but also the way he lured Susie into that underground hole. He knew she would follow him out of fascination. What kid wouldn't? Susie is a good kid and when she got underground to his den her instincts kicked in and she knew it was time to leave. This was not what Mr. Harvey wanted so of course this is when he trapped her and made her stay down there with him. He then murdered her. This girl will never see her parents again because of this awful man and his disgusting obsessions. This is why I do not like him. Because of him Susie and many other girls are gone and they will never get to see the light of day from their living perspective again.
